Summary:
The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to effectively communicate via telephone, email and video calls ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Job Requirements:
Supports Office Manager by scheduling, screening, and interviewing applicants.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Prepares payroll by maintaining employee timesheets.
Resolve and handle general payroll issues and discrepancies.
Provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Administers employee benefit program including medical insurance, 401(k), and disability programs by advising employees of eligibility, providing application information, helping with online enrollment forms.
Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Perform data entry, conduct audits, scan, file, and review personnel documents.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Sets up and schedules complicated meetings for interviewees, hiring managers, employees, and department heads.
Resolve administrative problems.
Other administrative tasks as assigned by Manager
Experience:
Two years of administrative support experience preferred Two years of administrative support experience preferred Microsoft suite experience Moderate/ Competent level of computer literacy should include email, data base applications, spreadsheets, word processing and other standard computer applications.
Demonstrates good judgement Requirements:
Bilingual English and Spanish is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
